Lighvan cheese has long been a symbol of authenticity and lasting flavor in Iranian food culture; a cheese whose reputation for its unparalleled quality has gone beyond the borders of Iran and has gained a special place among domestic and foreign consumers. The history of this cheese production dates back more than a century, when the Ashrafi Lighvani family began its activities in 1290 AH as one of the first official producers of Lighvan cheese in the beautiful village of Lighvan – East Azerbaijan Province.<\/p>

Continuing this family legacy, “Ata Bakhsh Lighvan Company” was founded by Mr. Ali Ashrafi Lighvan, with the aim of developing its activities and professional presence in domestic and global markets. Today, Atabakhsh Liqvan Company has a daily production capacity of more than 10 tons of products, utilizing 6 production and packaging lines. All processes, from the procurement of first-class and hygienic raw materials to the use of all-steel machines and packaging in standard tin containers, are carried out under the direct supervision of inspectors from the Food and Drug Administration and Tabriz University of Medical Sciences.<\/p>
